Congratulations on your acceptance to Wesleyan College! We are looking forward to welcoming you to campus. An e-mail was sent to you with login access to our Wesleyan Portal here. Check WesPortal for further information about your enrollment and financial aid status.

 

step 1: Secure your spot

Deposit today! Due within thirty days of acceptance. 
To accept an offer of admission, students must send a $300 deposit as a resident or a $200 deposit as a commuter by May 1. The deposit is non-refundable after this date. The deposit secures a space at Wesleyan and indicates acceptance of our offer of admission.

 

 

step 2: advising & Registration

Summer Orientation on Friday, June 22, 2018 is for first-year students only.

In April, transfer students will receive an e-mail and may make an appointment for advising and registration. 

During first-year student Summer Orientation, you will have a chance to review your course schedule with an academic advisor. An RSVP/Advising Questionnaire must be completed before Summer Orientation. More information will be posted soon!

step 3: Health & Housing

Health Services Forms

  • Health History Form
  • Privacy Practices Acknowledgement, read and keep for your records
  • Physical Exam Form, completed after February 15, 2017, and signed by a medical provider
  • Immunization Record Form, signed by a medical provider
  • Health insurance enrollment or waiver will open in July and closes in August

Housing Forms
Wesleyan College is a residential campus. For specific questions regarding housing, contact Director of Residence Life at residencelife@wesleyancollege.edu. Residential students must submit the housing application. Local students and those over the age of 22 may be exempt from our housing policy. Submit a Change of Resident Status Form to the Director of Residence Life to request exemption.

step 4: financial aid & Payment

Financial Aid
Submit your FAFSA with our school code 001600. You may still be missing financial aid documents. All documents and financial aid updates will be sent to you via e-mail and can be seen on WesPortal with your login. If you have any questions, contact the financial aid office at financialaid@wesleyancollege.edu or (478) 757-5205.

Business Office
After you are registered for classes, a billing statement will be sent to you via e-mail and can be seen on WesPortal with your login. A minimum payment criterion must be met by the due date of August 3rd to avoid an administrative drop of courses. Minimum payment criterion includes one of the following:

  • Full payment by cash, check, or credit card. Payments can be made by mail, in person, or on WesPortal with your login.
  • Enrollment in the Higher One Payment Plan. Enroll in the payment plan online at www.tuitionpaymentplan.com.
  • Financial aid award letter showing sufficient pending financial aid to cover the balance due.
  • Third party agency funding authorization submitted to the college, i.e.: employer reimbursement program, Veterans Administration, etc.
  • A combination of the above items sufficient to cover the balance due.

 

step 5: Orientation
