Congratulations on your acceptance to Wesleyan College! We are looking forward to welcoming you to campus. Now that you’ve been accepted, it's a great time to keep the process rolling and complete. Completed forms may be emailed to the addresses below or faxed to 478-757-4030.


Step 1- Secure your spot

  • Deposit today! Due within two weeks of acceptance. 
    To accept an offer of admission, students must send a $300 deposit as a resident or a $200 deposit as a commuter by May 1. The deposit is non-refundable after this date. The deposit secures a space at Wesleyan and indicates acceptance of our offer of admission.


Once you deposit IT will give you access to the Wesleyan Portal and your student email account. You may access the portal here.

Step 2- Registration

(This section is for incoming first-year students only. Transfer and non-traditional students, please speak with your counselor regarding your registration process.)

During Summer Orientation, students will review their first-semmester schedules with an academic advisor. Invitations will be sent prior to the event in June. Please complete the following steps prior to Summer Orientation:

  • Advising Questionnaire

Step 3- Paperwork

  • Health Forms
    Please complete and return the forms to healthservices@wesleyancollege.edu. Send all health forms together, with the exception of the Physical Examination form (to be completed by a doctor after an exam). Please contact health services if you have any questions.
    • Wesleyan College Medical Record Form
    • Emergency Medical Treatment Form
    • Privacy Practices Acknowledgement Form
    • Meningitis Acknowledgement Form
    • Physical Exam Form
      Completed since February 15, 2017, and signed by a medical provider
    • Immunization Record Form
      Both pages must be signed by a medical provider
  • Health insurance enrollment or waiver will open in August
  • Housing Forms
    Wesleyan College is a residential campus. Some local students and those over the age of 22 may be exempt from our housing policy. For specific questions regarding housing, please contact Director of Residence at residencelife@wesleyancollege.edu. Complete and return the housing application or change of resident status form to the Director of Residence Life.

  • Financial Aid
    Submit your FAFSA with our school code 001600. You may still be missing financial aid documents. All documents and financial aid updates will be sent to you via email. If you have any questions, contact the financial aid office at financialaid@wesleyancollege.edu or (478) 757-5205.
  • Student Publicity Consent Form-Not Required Download here.
  • Wesleyan Work Study Application- Not Required
    If you are interested in on-campus employment, please contact the financial aid office at financialaid@wesleyancollege.edu or (478) 757-5205.


Step 4- Orientation

Wesleyan College Orientation will email you directly with the information related to your specific orientation. If you have any questions, please email Director of Student Activities at orientation@wesleyancollege.edu



Step 5- Move In Day

Wesleyan College is privileged to steward many arts and cultural events and share them with the community. Most are free and open to the public. Wesleyan art galleries are open M-F 1:30 – 5:00 PM and on Wesleyan Market Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
